METHOD OF PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
PayPal: With payments made via Paypal / credit card, the Paypal collection costs equal to 4% of the total cost.
Bank Transfer: By choosing the bank transfer as payment method, the goods will be sent as soon as we receive the credit on the company current account.

For all payment methods, shipping within the national territory (excluding islands) normally takes place within 24/72 hours, always and in any case if the payments have been credited, if the goods are available at the time of the order and if the order procedure has been completed successfully (see order confirmation email).
If you have placed an order by choosing payment via Paypal and for some reason the transaction was not successful, you can request a direct payment link by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying your order number and any other details .
ATTENTION: payments sent autonomously, not corresponding to the actual total of the ordered goods (e.g. lack of shipping costs if requested, collection costs or other) and without any communication to the company, involve only and exclusively delays in processing of the order.
Web prices, Vespaclub discounts or price lists reserved for workshops / resellers, are ALWAYS VALID, are not retroactive and cannot be applied to orders already sent. Purchases made directly at our sales counter are subject to web, Vespaclub or reseller prices, depending on the buyer's price list.

The refund itself is not immediate but follows administrative times that can last up to a maximum of 30 days.
