SHIPPING COSTS, TIMES AND VARIOUS METHODS

The shipping costs for sending spare parts for Vespa throughout Italy are equal to 10,00 (except for promotions in progress, such as the achievement of a certain threshold of goods) and the delivery of the items ordered is scheduled after about 24/72 hours (*) if the goods are available in stock and if the payment has been received (credit transfer to the current account or payment by Paypal).

Delivery to islands and disadvantaged locations is expected to start within 72 hours (*) following the delivery of the packages by our courier.

The shipping costs of the shields for Vespa amount to € 25,00; if they are not calculated by the system, they will be automatically added from the warehouse at the time of shipment.

The costs of cash on delivery are € 5,00 and are always applied if the payment method chosen is "cash on delivery".

Paypal collection costs are different from any other transport costs, they are calculated automatically by the system at the time of processing the order and are equal to 4% (*) of the total expenditure.

For sending heavy and bulky goods, such as complete motors and forklifts, or where explicitly specified in the notes field, the shipping cost is equal to 25,00. (*) estimate calculated on working days.

Since there is a slight update delay due to the IT systems, in case of doubts about availability (especially for the items included in the engine overhaul kits and similar) it is necessary to check the status of your order as indicated in the order confirmation email last is automatically sent as soon as the purchase is made. It is not possible for us to notify our customers by telephone after each purchase, for this reason it is necessary to independently check the status of the order. The NOTES field of the order shows any items not available in stock at the time of the order.

In all cases, the second shipment is not free (see cases of urgent goods, partially fulfilled orders and similar cases), its cost is always equal to € 10,00.

After the 14th day from receipt of the package containing the spare parts ordered, no complaints will be accepted for any missing goods.

Barto Sas di Barzelogna Luca is not responsible in any way for errors due to a fallacious and inaccurate online registration on our website, and, in the event of a non-delivery of the ordered goods with consequent storage in storage for the aforementioned reasons, they will be calculated the related costs and charged to the customer. Any note added at the time of order relating to delivery times will not be considered

ï ¿½ In case of damage during transport , Barto Sas recommends to always check, upon arrival of the shipment, the integrity of the packages and the correspondence of the goods to what is indicated in the accompanying document. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, even in closing materials.

Any damage or mismatch in the number of packages or information must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery, indicating the received with reservation and specifying the anomaly found. Once the courier's document has been signed without reserve, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported to Barto Sas within 7 days of delivery.

ï ¿½ ATTENTION: Parcel insurance is optional. If not requested, Barto Sas will not take responsibility for the loss or damage of the package itself. The package will travel under the responsibility of the buyer and the seller will be released from all obligations from the moment of delivery to the courier.

ï ¿½ Withdrawal in place:Given the countless misunderstandings, we point out that for "collection on site" means the collection of the goods at the headquarters of Barto Sas in via Del Santo 174 in Limena (PD). Withdrawal on site does not mean home delivery, in case of further doubts contact the call center at the number 0497966511.

The delivery of the goods means at street level. It is not possible in any way to request delivery of the goods at a predetermined time.
