Payment Methods and Refunds

1. Payment by PayPal / Credit Card

• For payments made via PayPal or credit card, will come added automatically le collection costs equal to 4% of the total expenditure.
• If you have any problems with your PayPal transaction, you can request a direct payment link writing a information@officinatonazzo.it (specify order number and other useful details).

2. Payment by Bank Transfer

The goods will be shipped after receiving the credit on the company current account.

3. Payment on delivery

• Payment in cash to the courier for amounts up to a maximum of 999,99
• Or payment in cash, credit card or debit card at sales counter

4. Shipping times related to payment

For all payment methods, shipping within the national territory (excluding islands) takes place within 24/72 hours, only if:

• the payment has been credited;
• the goods are available at the time of order;
• The order has been successfully completed (see confirmation email).

5. Important Payment Notices

The payments autonomous and incomplete (e.g. without shipping or collection costs) without prior notice to the company they cause delays in order processing.

Online prices, Vespaclub discounts, or price lists for retailers:

• are always valid, but not retroactive;
• do not apply to the orders already transmitted;
• they are also valid for purchases at the sales counter, based on the reference price list.

6. Invoice Issuance

• Le Invoices are NOT issued automatically.
• They can be requested only for orders equal to or greater than €80,00.

7. Refunds

To request a refund, you must communicate promptly:

• i tax data;
• i order details.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.

The process it's not immediate: may require up to 30 days to be completed, according to the administrative times.
