The adventure of Barto Sas began in 2008. For years professionally engaged between Vespa and IT, the two founding partners, Luca and Enrico, decide to transform their experience in the field into a far-reaching project: to create a specialized shop in the sale of Vespa spare parts (often difficult to find) that was accessible and reachable by everyone. Thus was born the site www.officinatonazzo.it which takes its name from the historic Paduan workshop of Mr. Giovanni Tonazzo, Enrico's father.
Thanks to the enthusiasm and experience of all the staff, our shop has become increasingly well-stocked and known. To date we offer a range of over 8.000 products and we have more than 20.000 customers registered on our website. Despite being an online shop, the idea has always been to offer a service that comes as close as possible to the merchant-customer relationship of the "old town shop", in which contact and confidence gave security in purchases.
We have thus activated a telephone line for technical consultancy and customer care to encourage the possibility of direct assistance and constant help to the Vespaista, the restorer or anyone who approaches the world of processing!
Currently Barto Sas can boast of being a point of reference on the web for Italian and European Vespa enthusiasts; not surprisingly, over the years a long and lasting collaboration with the forums has been established vespaonline.com e et3.it, the various Italian and foreign Vespaclubs.
HOW WE THINK
Buying Vespa Parts on the Web is often an adventure! The quality of the spare parts is not always guaranteed, the stock availability is distorted, the prices are suspect, the shipments are lost, the waiting times that last for weeks and then maybe in the end the spare part doesn't go well.
Officina Tonazzo doesn't work like that!
Our facility is able to deliver 95% of the items within 24 working hours of receiving the order!
If something does not go well we will immediately replace the piece or we will refund you without any problem according to the times indicated in the conditions of sale.
We have a telephone switchboard to answer all possible problems related to orders and an e-mail service to respond to customers as quickly as possible.
If shipping times get longer because an item is purchased that is not available at the moment, or is on its way, we will constantly inform you about the status of the order by indicating the missing items in the "Notes" field.
To make you receive the goods as soon as possible we can also possibly make a first shipment of spare parts available in stock and then make a second one upon arrival of the missing goods.
The availability that you can check on the article sheet is the actual availability constantly updated!
We don't want to make our Vespa customers wait because we are Vespa fans ourselves! We know that every missed opportunity to be able to live our passion does not pay off in any way.
