Description
VMC clutch 10 ERGAL springs for Vespa Large Frame - Keyed for pinions mod. Piaggio Vespa "WHAT""Ergal" basket with hard anodization specific for dedicated VMC clutch discs or for mod. "CR80"
Internal bushing in KEYED steel with hardening treatment complete with bushing and shim.
Specific keying for SIP Performance shafts
With this bushing all the problems with traditional keys on large frame Vespa shafts are solved
- 4 aluminum conductors with specially made carbon/kevlar friction material and "CR80" disc type teeth.
- 4 laser-cut steel driven discs to have the pinion/disc coupling as precise as possible.
Laser-cut harmonic steel clutch pack closing ring with holes for Seeger caliper.
2 sets of no. 10 springs with different loads:
- with the set of 10 soft springs the clutch resists powers of around 20hp
- with the set of 10 hard springs the clutch resists powers of around 35hp
- with the set of 10 extra hard springs the clutch resists powers of around 45hp
N:B: the clutch only fits with Piaggio pinions and clutch discs with 8 "Cosa" type springs
