Description
Straight tooth ratios for smallframe vespa and ape 50Rear sprocket Z 67 configurable with pinion Z 28 29
The construction of the teeth is made with a module 1.5 hobbing tool with relative corrections for the pinions added to the original pair.The width of the tooth has been widened (1 mm towards the inside) to have greater resistance without compromising smoothness.
The spring seats have been revised to use square wire springs. The greater stroke of the flexible coupling preserves the gearbox and the spider. In the center there is a roller bearing on the most stressed part and a guide bushing on the shank. This solution allows the bell to be compatible with the original starter gears. The ratios are supplied with a TOP flexible coupling basket (balanced object) and pinion with conical keying. You are given the possibility to configure the transmission ratio according to your needs. Specify when ordering. It is possible to request both the false gear to lock the pinion and crown on assembly
and the extractor for the bevel gear (pinion).
