Exhaust and transfer ports designed and tuned for maximum thermodynamic performance.
Dimensional checks of shape and roughness according to standards Malossi.
Cylinder piston coupling at 100% in selections of 0,010-0,005 mm.
Control of hydraulic seals carried out at 100%.

Piston:
Material: special aluminum alloy with high silicon content and low thermal expansion.
Processing: on numerical control machines.
Lightened and reinforced.
Increased heat exchange surfaces.

Segments:
Ductile iron segments with high mechanical resistance.

Head:
Material: special die-cast aluminum alloy.
Geometry of the heat exchange surfaces recalculated and increased.
Machining on super-precise CNC machines with diamond tools.
Antioxidant surface treatment.
Compression seal with Viton seal.
Hemispherical blast chamber with squish and candle in the center.
