Reinforced BGM piston with 63,5mm for tuning cylinders Polini 177 and DR 177cc (suitable for Vespa PX125 / PX150 and Sprint Veloce engines).
Diameter = 63.5mm
Recommended running clearance: 7 / 100mm
Silicon content of 18% for greater resistance to wear and tear
elastic bands 1mm thick

The BGM PRO piston has 18% silicon content. This means that it has less thermal expansion than the pistons normally used in regulating cylinders. This makes the piston not only more resistant to wear but also thermally much more stable.

In addition, the piston has two very stable piston rings with a thickness of 1 mm. This increases performance thanks to reduced friction and eliminates susceptibility to breakage due to the material used for the piston rings. Stable piston rings allow for a wider exhaust window without the risk of ring breakage.

The generously recessed area in the overcurrent zone helps the motor process more blend. In combination with the thinner rings and the shorter piston liner, the engine becomes much more agile and resistant.
