SPRING SETUP CHOICE:
->6 large springs: for 10/12 hp touring engines: with the use of the 6 springs, operating the clutch lever is more comfortable
->12 springs: for engines up to 25 hp: with the use of the 12 springs, slip resistance is guaranteed
->18 springs: for engines over 30 hp: adding 6 small springs, (CIF ART. 5569-MF) inside the 6 large ones.
NB: when using the 18 springs it is recommended to use a crankcase with a rack clutch rail to make the clutch softer)
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
The clutch is made up of:
->Clutch basket machined from solid steel
->6 springs diameter 14 mm in harmonic steel
->6 springs diameter 10 mm in harmonic steel
->spring holder and locking disc made of innovative alloy used on all Fabbri Racing clutches. This alloy guarantees the durability of the spring holder and the closing disc over time.
->4 discs lined with organic friction material
->3 1,5mm thick dotted steel flip disks (it is recommended not to replace them with aluminum flip disks to avoid deposits inside the engine oil)
->high sealing steel seeger ring
->Pressure plate bearing support machined from solid Anticorodal alloy, with axial thrust bearing equipped with a stainless steel cap with centering hole (Fabbri racing patent) to align the clutch housing, it also has the possibility of being shimmed using shims to vary the distance from the pressure plate.
SPRING SETUP CHOICE:
6 big springs: for tourist engine 10/12 hp: with the use of 6 springs the clutch lever operation is more comfortable
12 springs: for engine up to 25 hp.: with the use of the 12 springs the slip resistance is guaranteed
18 springs: for engine over 30 hp: adding 6 small springs, (CIF CODE 5569-MF) inside the 6 large springs
NB: with the use of 18 springs it is recommended to use a crankcase with clutch plunger to make the clutch softer)

We recommend using SAE 30 MINERAL oil.
