Descripci n
Polini creates an Evolution thermal unit with reed valve intake in the cylinder for Vespa 125 Primavera ET3.Thanks to its displacement of 152 cc. it has very high power characteristics in all conditions of use and in all types of competition.
The kit with "Evolution reed valve" intake in the cylinder is supplied complete with: cylinder, piston, head, reed valve pack, intake manifold and gasket set.
The cylinder is cast in aluminum with a bore of 60X54 mm.
The barrel with Nikel-Silicon coating improves piston sliding, wear and abrasion resistance. You are the transfer lights. The exhaust has a central crossbar to increase the evacuation of the exhaust gases.
The distribution diagram has been designed to make the most of the power of all the components.
The Kit Polini Evolution for Vespa has the head cast in one piece; to increase heat dissipation, additional fins have also been created under the head surface. The compression ratio has been designed to obtain maximum performance.
The gravity cast aluminum piston has two S10 cast iron rings with chrome plating. After machining, the piston undergoes a special molybdenum disulphide treatment which improves its sliding during the running-in phase.
The reed valve has 6 carbon petals 0,4 mm thick and the particular geometry of the flow guide insert increases the entry speed of the air-fuel mixture.
The intake manifold was developed to be housed in the original compartment without making any modifications and to be combined with the DellOrto VHSB 34 carburettor.
