One of the essential components for vehicle processing, specially designed to give the engine an excellent increase in power at medium and high revs. Thanks to the sophisticated systems available to our technicians and decades of experience in the design and production of mufflers Malossi created this masterpiece. The new MHR muffler for Vespa ET3, specially designed for coupling with our MHR cylinder kit, allows the achievement of the highest power at the same speed, placing itself in the range of the best performing mufflers in circulation. The huge advantage of this exhaust system lies in the particular route calculated and designed to allow it to be assembled WITHOUT HAVING TO CUT THE BODY and keeping the central stand. In any operating configuration and position of the crankcase, this muffler fits inside the vehicle without any harmful contact points that oblige the user to modify the frame of his dear Vespa. The counter-cone has been split to further increase the range of use, reaching a performance gain of even more than 1 HP at the highest rpm when normally the engine drastically loses performance once the maximum power speed has been exceeded.

Designed for assembly without any modification to the body. Made of special steel sheet (0.8 mm thick), obtained with TIG and MIG robotic welding procedures and hand-welded oxyacetylene welding. Transparent painting.
filler
Intended for the thermal group Malossi MHR is formed by a flange with ears for anchoring the support springs, obtained by high precision laser cutting, and by a fitting with calibrated inclination joined to the flange by welding.
NB: It is no longer necessary to drill the cylinder fins to connect the springs.
Nozzle
With passage section calibrated to achieve the maximum back pressure available.
Silencer
In aluminum, anodized Nitro blue with end pipe embedded in the bottom for a more attractive design.
Connection to the muffler
Made by means of a bent and laser-cut bracket with high precision, connected to an anchor ring on the crankcase arm; the vibrations generated by the engine are dampened by two silentblocks placed between the bracket and the muffler ensuring a longer life.
