Description
The Variator Pinasco Overdrive has a pulley made of aluminum with a high silicon content in which a sintered steel bushing is then applied. The hub is lapped and chromed, to improve smoothness and reliability of the coupling. By mounting the variator Pinasco and by using the calibration elements supplied in the kit, it is possible to obtain considerable benefits in starting from standstill, in acceleration, in recovery and in top speed. The Overslide variator equipped with the Spring Slider axial bearing, which must be placed under the contrast spring: it allows to isolate the contrast spring from the helical opening of the torque corrector for greater reliability of the spring over time, which thus maintains the its original load, and to reduce the dissipated power to open the driven pulleys with obvious advantages in terms of performance.Suitable for model saws:
