OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

The sale of goods from the pages of this website. Orders can be sent through our site, filling in the form's Order online or by phone at +390497966511 or fax +390498842722 sending the printed order form. All prices shown on our website include VAT and are subject to change without notice.

Shipping and payment can be made in various ways, as indicated below, at the option of the customer. It is also possible to pick up at our warehouse only by previous telephone arrangement.

In such a case will not be charged for shipping. This not being a showroom, the staff is authorized only to surrender, but not to see / try the product (except in specific cases to be agreed with the customer). Barto Snc reserves the right to change the description of the goods and the conditions of sale posted on this site, unless the validity of the contracts already concluded before the change regularly.


CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

The online purchase process will immediately generate the activation of a proposed purchase by the user. WAYS AND TIMES OF DELIVERY

The times given for delivery times are approximate and are in no way binding for Barto snc. The delivery of the goods are sold at street level. 

You can not in any way require delivery of the commodity at a specific time. The telephone number listed in the order must be corrected to allow the carrier to reach you by telephone. Barto snc is not responsible in any way for errors due to a flawed and inaccurate online registration to our website, and, in If you encounter a non-delivery of ordered goods inventory resulting in firm filing for the above reasons, the cost will be calculated and charged to the customer.

TRANSPORT COSTS

Transport costs are variable and then calculated based on location and weight of the / of the hills.

Any problems concerning the physical, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported in Barto snc within 7 days from delivery.


WARRANTY

According to art. 128 and ss. Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005, no. 206, the only guarantee given to a private consumer is 2 years, and purchases made by professionals who hold a VAT, the rules laid down by the Civil Code and the warranty period of 12 months. For the guarantee to be valid, the product must be used appropriately in accordance with its intended use and as provided in the documentation, can be exercised only if you are in possession of original shipping documents. They are exempt from warranty parts subject to wear.

The warranty is void in cases where:  


  • products were assembled or installed by unqualified personnel

  • products were not used second parameters established by the manufacturer

  • products are tampered

  • products are not intact

  • products do not carry the guarantee label with the serial number

  • the products are free of packaging, manuals and original accessories

  • products were subjected to electric shocks and tensions do not conform to the characteristics of the product described in the manual or reference tags

  • products have been modifice unauthorized and / or does not conform to the specifications of the Manufacturer

  • faults or defects were caused by foreign particles and / or arising from conflicts with add-ons

  • products were subjected to surgery performed by customers without prior approval

  • these products are already installed electrical parts

     

To receive service under warranty you must send an email to informazioni@officinatonazzo.it indicating the nature and characteristics of the defect and enclosing all the documents of purchase (delivery notes, etc ..). The products must be received only in original packaging; misdeeds or improper packaging will void the warranty. 

Each product must be received complete original kit (wiring, manuals, software etc ..) And the original shipping documents. The lack of kit involves the non-completeness of the product, so it will change the product if it should not repairable and replaceable. To limit damage to the original package we recommend, whenever possible, to put in a second box should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the original product packaging.

Each arrival of goods without prior permission will be strictly not accepted and rejected. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer, pursuant to Legislative Decree No 6 Sept. 2005. 206, has the right to terminate any contract, without penalty and without giving a reason, not later than the deadline of 10 working days of receipt of goods. This right is exercisable only by those who buy as individuals for personal purposes not related to their work. The right of withdrawal is exercised, in accordance with art. 73, paragraph 5 of Legislative Decree No 6 Sept. 2005. 206, by sending, by the deadline, a registered letter with return receipt addressed to Barto Rd Unity of Italy 11 35 010 Limena (PD).

After receiving the notice, contact the customer to inform him how to return the goods. Pursuant to art.67 paragraph 3, the product is returned to the sender at the expense of the consumer. No refund if the goods are not intact in its original container or packaging with appropriate external package, should it be used or altered, if anything is missing accessories and original documentation was not provided and if the original shipping documents. 

Returns are not accepted unless previously agreed. The expedition, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the responsibility of the customer. If goods are damaged during transport, Barto snc will notify the customer (within 5 days of receipt of goods in their stores), to enable a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the property (if insured ), in this case, the product will be made ?? available to the customer for its return, while canceling the request for withdrawal.

Barto snc is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments. Upon his arrival at the warehouse, the product will be inspected for any damages not caused by transport. If the package and / or the original packaging are damaged, Barto snc will deduct from the refund due to a percentage, but no more than 10% of it, towards the cost of recovery.

This consent will entitle Barto snc to inform the future of news, discounts and promotional initiatives.Adherence to this treatment modality is optional. The information in our possession will not under any circumstances be used for purposes other than those stated above.
