Description
The Wave Spring Polini Original is a newly conceived spiral produced with high precision construction techniques.Thanks to the new honeycomb structure, it tolerates high loads despite its reduced dimensions and guarantees excellent flatness on the thrust faces of the clutch.
The block length of the new springs, compared to the original ones, is extremely reduced, allowing a wider adjustment range and thus eliminating the problems of traditional circular section springs.
The Wave Spring Polini Original is calibrated to have a load of 80 kg, and is perfect as a replacement for the original Vespa Small Frame 50/125 spring.
The application of the spring is possible on original clutch plates and on clutch plates Polini. The Wave Spring Polini Original was designed for the original 3-disc clutches and for the 4-disc clutches Polini.
The assembly of the spring is recommended both on original engines and on all thermal groups Polini in cast iron.
